Here's one called Calli-Graphic II. You can download a full version of it and try it out free for 30 days.
With this software you can create guidlines for all different sizes and heights. You can also create a wide variety of shapes from spirals to circles, stars, hexagons, ovals and even celtic knots - see this Examples page.
